Who we are
We are a prominent hosting organization for Erasmus+ projects, committed to delivering exceptional hosting services and cultural activities that align with the objectives of Erasmus+ projects and initiatives. Our team consists of proficient experts who are passionate about nurturing the personal and professional growth of participants.
At +U, we understand the importance of providing participants with a safe and welcoming environment that promotes learning and personal growth. That’s why we work closely with our participants to understand their goals and interests and to provide them with the support they need to achieve their objectives. Our main objective is to bridge education and employment sectors by connecting skilled students and teachers from across Europe with Pieria based companies. We do so by coordinating a variety of internship and educational programmes in the region of Pieria.
We have been operating within the parameters of the Erasmus+ Programme for numerous years, and we have assisted numerous students and staff members in acquiring invaluable knowledge and expertise through our programs. Our team comprises accomplished specialists who possess a fervent enthusiasm for education and are committed to facilitating the triumph of our clients.

Our mission is to offer participants an exceptional and memorable opportunity that elevates their personal and professional growth. We believe that Erasmus+ projects are an important opportunity for participants to learn about different cultures, develop new skills, and make lasting connections with people from around the world.
At +U we work hard to create a fair relationship between students and organizations by offering suitable and quality traineeships to both parties. We want to raise awareness about the importance of creating links between educational institutes, students, and companies for the development of the economy and the inclusion of youth in the labor market.
Unlike other companies coordinating student placements, +U works differently by providing personalized and quality support to educational institutions, students and host companies. We also work hard to disseminate the Erasmus+ Programme and create future professionals.

+U encompasses accomplished coordinators, logistical support personnel, cultural program specialists, and field experts in internships. We also partner with local organizations to provide participants with a unique and multifaceted opportunity that enriches their personal and professional growth.
Athanasios Drougkas
Athanasios Drougkas, the General Manager of +U, is a dedicated and motivating leader. He actively participates in all aspects of the company, including EU-funded projects and strategic planning, with passion and professionalism.
Stefania Gatza
Stefania Gatza is a Project Manager at +U. She coordinates, implements, mentors, and monitors various projects to ensure their success. With 5 years of experience as a coordinator, trainer, and facilitator in European projects, she has expertise in diverse subjects. Feel free to ask her any questions; she’s always happy to help.
Panagiotis Tziouvaras
Panagiotis Tziouvaras is the Training Coordinator at +U. He manages logistics and coordinates internships for VET, School Mobility, and Job Shadowing programs. With experience in Erasmus+ as a project manager and international trainer, he is always ready to assist with a smile.
